Booking your VW camper hire with us is easy.
Firstly use the online calendar underneath the VW camper of your choice to check availability and obtain a price for hire. If your dates are free and you’re happy with the price, simply follow the instructions to provide us with a 20% non-refundable deposit and the camper and dates are reserved as yours.
All our transactions are through a secure PayPal site (you can use credit card if you don’t have access to a PayPal account) and once you've paid your deposit you’ll be emailed with your unique reservation number and Booking and Insurance Agreement Forms which you'll need to print and complete.
It’s at this point that you can also choose any optional extras extras you may decide to go for on the Booking Agreement Form. The completed forms then need to be returned to us within 5 days of making the booking to allow us to arrange insurance cover etc. We’ll then invoice you (again via PayPal) for the final hire balance, payable within 28days of your first day of hire.
Don’t worry we can shrink this whole process to just a couple of hours for last minute bookings, just call and we’ll get straight onto it.
On completion of the above booking process, simply collect the camper from us in the Midlands on the arranged date and we’ll give you a full run down of all the equipment and features. You’ll also be provided with a user manual should you need anything to refer to once you’re out and about.
Collection is from our workshop from 2.30pm on the first day of hire, with return by 11am on the last day of hire. You’ll also need to leave us a £250 security deposit (cheque or cash) refundable on safe return of the camper. Full address details are provided on the Contact Us page.
That’s it, you’re then free to go wherever you like within the UK and as we’re Midlands based you’ve got great access to pretty much everywhere.
